The Lincoln Children's Museum consists of three floors. The three floors represent fun and interactive sessions for the children. The museum has a lot of play areas for the children There are various games and activities in which the children can participate. There are various creative activities in which the children can also take part. The museum also offers hands on facilities on various instruments and equipments which helps them to learn a lot. It becomes a practical activity for them. Some of the important exhibits of Lincoln Children's Museum include airplanes, three story apple tree, Prairie Dog Town, Water Exhibit, Mack Truck Cab, Lunar Lander, Pizzeria, Tot Town, Media Center, Little Husker Sports Center, Medical Center, Super Grocery, Bank and Performing Arts Center, and the Police and the Fire Department. It is said that in Lincoln Children's Museum children can sing, dance, play, climb, create and build. There are various programs and celebrations which are held here. The museum also organizes various adventure activities through which the children can learn a lot. The Lincoln Children's Museum has organized a program known as the Lincoln Children's Museum Have A Heart Program. In this program people are encouraged to donate any sum of money which will go in for the help of the poor children. |
